What is QuickFit?

Tired of spending hours at the gym and not seeing results? Our 45-minute high-intensity, fat burning workouts will get you in and out and on with your day. 

-All classes are led by an experienced  and dedicated coach, in a small group setting. 
-Classes combine bodyweight movements, plyometrics and metabolic conditioning to get you feeling (and looking) great! 
-All fitness levels and age groups welcome! 
-No experience required

Class Schedule 

Classes are 45 minutes, with an optional 15-minute cool down and stretching session after. 

  • Monday/ Wednesday/ Friday @ 6 am 
  • Monday - Friday @ 7 am 
  • Tuesday/ Thursday @ 6pm 
  • Saturday @ 8 am
